my Lv1 expires in June. is there a grace period after the cert expires before you would be ineligible to take the recert?

Doug, you must only be registered for the recert before your cert expires, in order to qualify for attendance. It is the same policy for attending the 3-day cert for $500, as well as for attending Level II as a Level I... just get registered while still current and all is good.
