I pre appologize for what may be the most elementry post on here in years, but searching SFG requirements on here yields every thread!  Also the web site shows the requirements as just a snatch and written test which I know to be false. Thus, can anyone share a link to the exact requirements to make SFG 1?  This weekends Strength Retreat has got me thinking I may want to accept this challenge.
 
Thanks Pnigro, but I thought there were more requirements than that, like 5 straight pull ups and pressing half your body weight. Did I dream that?
 
You are tested on all of the skills listed at the link As well as a written test and the snatch test.
 
Swing (one snatch-test-sized bell)
Get-Up (one snatch-test-sized bell)
Double Clean (two snatch-test-sized bells)
Press (one snatch-test-sized bell)
Double Front Squat (two snatch-test-sized bells)
Snatch (one snatch-test-sized bell)

The classes for the snatch sized bell are lower on the page.

The pull-up requirement has been removed, and the press requirement is for SFG II.
