Just an update...
The Barbell attendees are doing a great job this weekend at the SFL certification in Virginia Beach. The Chief and Doc Hartle, Master SFG are doing amazing as always. An incredible learning experience for all. I highly recommend signing up for one of our SFL certs next year.
