Question about the BP:
Do I need to keep my hips on the bench for my 1RM?
I notice that I get a bigger arch in my T-spine when I drive thru the hips which shortens the distance the bar has to travel. Is that cheating?
I'm losing some torque in my lats and my elbows flare out on the concentric phase. I don't know if this is related to an exaggerated hip bridge or if I more work on my "breaking the bar." Or both.
