Shift 10,000lbs no matter what.

If weight training is replicating labour then why not just train in a manner that replicates labour? Every day, no matter what, shift 10,000lbs accumulated at least. I have 25kg kettlebells for reasons the blacksmith who made the moulds never explained, so that’s 182 reps in the swing as a minimum. That’s nothing really but it is 10,000lbs shifted in 18 minutes at 10 reps emom. After that it’s gravy. You could snatch, jerk do TGU or whatever after. You could do body weight stuff. But every day no matter what, shift 10,000lbs at least. This is a “Kevism”. It’s easy to do, it can be recovery based, it can be intense, it can be done using “Maffetone”, complexes, double kettlebell, single kettlebell but no matter what. Shift 10,000lbs as a minimum. Let’s redefine minimum exercise.
 
Interesting idea. So in what way have you today moved those prescribed 10.000 pounds?
