Hey people, I have some weird shoulder injury and i have no idea what to do about it.
One evening i was doing my stretches at ymca and I stretched my shoulder to far out. After that i have cracking/poping in my left shoulder or even upper back( cant tell where cracking is coming from). My shoulder is fine in almost all positions when I move it around but once I add pressure to some exercise's like bench press or when i do wide pull ups it hurts.
Do any of you know what is the name of my injury or did you have it before and what did you do about it.
P.S dont tell me just to go to the doctor ( I will) i just wanna know your opinion for now.
