Hello!
I would like to ask to Pavel if you have in mind to make a dvd for the simple & sinister programme, as I found it as a very useful tool for Naked Warrior and Relax into Stretch, which I am following at the moment.
Also, as this is my first post, I would like to congratulate you for all the work, which made me change all my mind about trining world.
