Leverages will be different.I feel a harness is easier since its hook up point is higher than a belt if pulling a sled.I feel the belt pull hits the glutes and hamstrings harder because of the lower hook up.If i was going to pull a car i would use the harness.If pulling a sled ,a belt hook up is what i personally use.I would tell you to give them both a try and see which one feels better for you.Remember it's not necessarily the weight you want but the work you get out of what your doing.
