I am just finishing up my 3rd four week PlanStrong cycle that has focused on DL's and Zerchers. I've been seeing great results. That being said, considering making next week a deload week or...using the next two weeks as a slow fiber training mini cycle before going back to PlanStrong. Does the mini cycle make any sense at all? I am primarily training for the April TSC.
