Old Forum Snatch before strength practise

Greeting ladies and gents,

I started with SNATCH practice before my strength practice.

About 50 to 80 Snatches before the strength. I am feeling it very good and I am not trying to kill myself with snatching. When I feel that my technique is not good I stop. At other days I am working om my conditioning with snatching. For that I am using Brett Jones Snatch test protocol.

I can feel that my strength practice is better after this.

Is someone having same experience?
 
In ETK, Pavel recommends practicing skills like the snatch, clean, and press before each day's Program Minimum session.  It's a great way to learn these movements, as well as to prime the body for the coming training.
