Sokol recent programming

Going to start an 8 week program Jeff Sokol posted on his social media

30 minute EMOM

Minute 1 = 10KBS
Minute 2 = 10 pushups
Minute 3 = 3 Dbl cleans + 1/1 sgl OHP + 2 front squat

Plus

5 sets

1/1 getup + 5 pullups

Anyone else have a go at this? Looks similar-ish to easy muscle from Neupert
