Hey guys, I've recently started doing the kettlebell program 'minimum' and when I do wall squats, I get a sore left shin near the ankle and a sore right knee. Anyone have an idea as to why this might be? A muscle imbalance? I've also been doing 1 legged deadlifts with the kettlebell, 4 sets of 5 reps on the right leg and 2 on the left leg (to counter this muscle imbalance, if thats what it is).

I got the 1 legged deadlift exercise from Gray.
Open to any suggestions / ideas!

Thanks.

This is because of keeping the spine/body vertical. Leaning forward will help.  But this will defeat the purpose of ws and the form.

Her'es something you can try... stand away from the wall just enough to let shins remain vertical when you push your butt back and touch the wall for light support. Do this with a bb on the traps. Use light weight if you want to hold the position for long.
