if this is a god workout how often a week can i do that one? and is it okay to finish that routine with some pull ups (ladders maybay 5-4-3-2-1) i cant do get ups orso because off my knee but i thought this routine could be a good one to build up some serious strenght. are there guys on this forum who have tried this routine and if so, what are the results? any suggestions for other routines with the things i have are welcome to but it has to be short but effective workouts because when i have time enough i want to train my martial arts. i dont even am sure if i ned to run 2 times a wek or that rope skiping or swings would be a bettter choiche.i am in a'reasanoble shape for a guy age 54 because i train martial arts since the age of 15. i just want to get stronger, more athletic so i can keep practicing martial arts.
 
i can do swings and ladder upwards is a good advice. half get up i can do i think.
