I started with just 1 minute and then 2 and then 5 and now I am up to 10 minutes. Mix up forward and backward Spider-Man Crawls and both slow and fast. The extra super slow Spider Man Crawl is downright brutal. Just set a timer and each session add 30 seconds or so.. you will be at 10 minutes in no time!
I have not measured any PR's I just try to do better in my 10 minutes. I may try to bump that up to more soon but 10 minutes works really well.
As Mark said it will help other things. It has helped my TGU,Press and OAPU.
