Who incorporates spiderman crawling into their crawling? Or any crawling?

What are your PRs?

My long term goal is 10 minutes straight, but i'm just park benching two minutes in the morning for now. Time to step it up!

I started with just 1 minute and then 2 and then 5 and now I am up to 10 minutes. Mix up forward and backward Spider-Man Crawls and both slow and fast. The extra super slow Spider Man Crawl is downright brutal. Just set a timer and each session add 30 seconds or so.. you will be at 10 minutes in no time!

I have not measured any PR's I just try to do better in my 10 minutes. I may try to bump that up to more soon but 10 minutes works really well.

As Mark said it will help other things. It has helped my TGU,Press and OAPU.
