I have Relax into stretch, Superjoints, Loaded stretching and Strength Stretching with Pavel. It´s very interesting and you know, i´m big nerd :D

Are there any other methods of stretching for strength and mass? What should I read?
 
Can you grow somewhat from isometric stretching? When it´s long tension and it makes you stronger in the extreme range?
 
Loaded Stretching and Strength Stretching will help you become stronger, which will, in turn, enable you to use heavier weights to increase your size if that is your wish.  I wouldn't hold out much hope for isometric stretching, by itself, to increase muscle size.
