Old Forum Success with PTTP and thanks!

New 5RM bench press at 210 lbs. last Sunday, then new 3RM at 215 Tuesday.  Today I attempted 215 again, but once again 3 was the number of the counting.  I think my next best move is to rest until Monday, then start over with 180 or so for the heavy set (started with 170 last cycle).  Also, I am very excited to try the ST protocol, so I tested my diamond pushups today (19 reps).  I plan to work that in to PTTP following the template Pavel laid out for the GTG OAP protocol.  As usual anyone's comments or suggestions are very welcome.
