Supplements you take

What supplements do you take? I take a multi-vitamin, cod liver oil, D3, and a vegan protein powder. I'm allergic to the protein in dairy. Do you feel supplements are necessary? If so which ones?

No supplements are necessary, but some of the ones that are inexpensive enough and have proven benefit are def worth taking depending what your training goals are.
 
Im on the fence as to whether they are necessary.

On the one hand, if you’re not getting everything from your diet/lifestyle, then that is what should change.

On the other hand, ive read fruits/vegetables today have less nutrition in them than they contained 50 years ago….so how much can your perfect diet actually fix without supplements?

Multi-vitamin. I make a lot of banana smoothies and I put a scoop or so of protein powder in that. I have pre-workout powder but haven't consistently used it. When I need an afternoon boost, I something called N-focus from Bare that I really like.
 
Fish oil
Vitamin D
Coffee
Protein powder if the budget allows

I try to have a good enough diet to take care of the rest, but this is what I can afford right now.
