Old Forum swing programming in PTTP/PM blocks

I'm using the 2 week block Pttp/PM program from Easy Strengh.

during the PM block, better to keep the same intensity/volume scheme for each block or vary it within the same block?

ex:

option 1- heavier swings for power for a block, then lighter swings for conditioning when I come back to the PM or vice versa

option 2- vary the volume/intensity on each swing day within the block.

my goal as it relates to swings- 200  beast swings in 10 mins

i can do that with 24kg now but not the 32.

 

 
 
Patrick, for a couple of months stick with the same kettlebell weight to see whether the program works.
 
For the PM block, do you do it as written in ETK? Two swing days and two TGU days?

And the PTTP block is it three days, five, ...? No swings during this block, just grinds?
 
Thanks for your response Pavel, I'll do that and report back in a few months.

hunter- I'm doing TGU/swings on the same day 3x per week for 2 weeks, then Bp and DL 5 x per week for 2 weeks, repeat
