Yeah I had some very decent "beginner" gains. Now they're plateaued tho and I have to be smarter about what I'm doing. LolWhat's up MD? I see your squat has improved since the last time we were on the same forum!
I don't know. After the Pendlay forum went down, he (and I) posted on WL forums which was started by one of the Pendlay regulars. That forum eventually died as well. I wouldn't mind running into him again...he was the most interesting guy I've met on any strength forum over the past 20 years.What do you think ever happened to Judas? I remember seeing his profile on another forum but I have no idea if he's still active online.

That's why tho, you were likely fresher. I felt the same after 4 days off for Thanksgiving. I think if I ever feel I'm overtrained again I would just take 4 days off instead of like a week plus.Better than expected after three days off and little movement besides walks
