Summer is coming, and COVID is ( hopefully) departing. Time to think beach looks.

Background:
54 years old today. I don't feel a day over 53.
5' 7" , 83 Kg, (183 pounds). Roly-poly. Was doing well, then jumped about 8 pounds at the end of 2020. I blame holidays, and single malt scotch.
Desk job in IT.

Training Program Begin Pursued:

Geoff Neupert's The Giant version 1.0 . We'll see how many more cycles I do.
Every time I try to get out, Mr. Neupert drags me back in.!
For off days, I will stretch and do fast and loose. Also, some walking with moderate hills.

Goals:
Fat loss
Hypertrophy is always welcome
Conditioning
