Other strength modalities (e.g., Clubs), mixed strength modalities (e.g., combined kettlebell and barbell), other goals (flexibility)
The motive for posting this is twofold:
1) A big big thank you
@mike Perry and
@Brett Jones ! Love listening to you during my LED work or when I am driving. Not only you do a great job of dissecting basic training aspects, you also make it fun and light. THANK YOU gentlemen.
2) everyone who’s not listening to this, IMHO it’s worth a try.
Thanks for this, and happy for any other StrongFirst related podcast recommendations. I work from home and often this is my background noise, I have a never ending playlist of podcasts that I can play when working with numbers or doing something a bit mindless.
Haven’t listened yet but sure it will be good listening.
On the kettlebell front I also listen to Dan John and Pat Flynn podcasts. Aleks Salkin releases some short episodes here and there. And I think I’ve listened to all (both?) the Pavel interviews (Rogan and Ferris) and all of the various Geoff Neupert podcast episodes I could find.

Some of my favorites:
- The Strength Connection
- Minimum Effective Dose
- Breakthrough Secrets - no longer active, but great past episodes
- RDella Training - no longer active, but great past episodes
- Leo Training - look way back for more kettlebell content
- Tim Ferris
- Peter Attia The Drive
- Huberman Lab
- Uphill Athlete
- Barbell Medicine
- Squat University -- Doc Michael Hartle Master SFG was on a recent episode
- Reasonably Fit - Jason and Lauren Pak, former StrongFirst Team Leaders
- The Model Health Show
- Iron Culture
Another +1 for the MED podcast, I look forward to my drive to work every Wednesday when a new one drops. Keep up the good work Brett and Mike
Will also second Anna's recommendation of Breakthrough Secrets and Huberman Lab. Although Huberman can get a bit drawn out at times I feel.
I enjoy the podcast but don't want to let anyone in on the secret on why I sound 10 times more knowledgeable than I am about fitness.
I agree. Great content delivered in a simple and digestible format. Great work

Marty Gallagher Raw is a good one too. Although it does venture into “man yells at clouds” territory every once in a while
