Hi !

I work on swing shift work, 3 days on  and 4 days off ... 4 days on and 3 days off ( night and / or day ).

How to make a good programming plan with KB for ultratrail running ?

TK for help !

Dom - What sort of experience do you have with kettlebells and what what sort of goals do you have?

I've never been one to complain about the Program Minimum from Enter the Kettlebell. Pavel's new book apparently has a re-vamped version of that (for sale on Friday) but the original has server many people with great results.

Hi Mike  - A few year ago I did PM + ROP with 16kg...

My goal is to complete  a 100k ultra trail run . Do I have to run a lot or do swing and snatch ?

I will buy the new pavel's book .

Dom, you must already be a very good runner if a 100k is within reach.  Please share what you know.

Getting a snatch PR didn't translate to a hike/jog PR for me.  But, hey, a 10-minute test is not the same as a 30-minute or 4-hour test.

The "Victor" section of Easy Strength was helpful.

Light swings & goblets are a great way to limber up, and compliment jogging.

Good luck with scheduling.  Stay healthy.
