interesting menu--pretty much OMAD spread over a few hours -- what is your goal--fat loss/weight gain or long term maintenance?.How much pizza/type?I like any plan that has pizza:)

It's just the way I've become accustomed to eating because I'm very busy during the day. I learned a lot of it from Ori Hofmekler, it's pretty much the warrior diet but I'm not as strict with food choices/combining. Just the overall philosophy of keeping it light during the day and only eating heavy when the days battles are finished.

Ha I'll be completely honest, it's literally just store bought frozen pizza. Nothing extravagant because I like just being able to pop something in the oven after a long day at work.

My goal right now is just long term maintenance with maybe some recomposition a long the way through proper strength training. If I picked up a hypertrophy training plan like kettlebell muscle or return of the kettlebell, I would have some small dairy protein snacks (yogurt or whey concentrate) throughout the day with possibly some fruit or vegetables.
