I am finishing a BuiltStrong cycle and was considering either doing another prep cycle. But I also wanted to try PlanStrong 70 as well in one or two lifts.
Is there any official guidance on how to do this? Do I apply the Delta20 principle and ARI varying as I switch to PlanStrong? And would I need to retest my 1RM as well or could I just go off of the one I calculated for BuiltStrong.
