You would think the guy that wrote the "KB swings, First for a reason" article would be doing swings, but actually I hadn't been doing them for a long time. I started a new job a couple months ago and was really looking to make my training "simple and sinister", if you will. Been sort of listing around a little training wise, although of course, always training.
Today I did swing ladders up and down from 16kg to 40kg, both one and two arm, Hardstyle.
Awesome workout. Please remind me to NOT stop doing these ever again.
