Forum Business Unable to access this part of the forum despite being a 'Certified Instructor'

Despite being a 'Certified Instructor' this section of the forum is not accessible. I've tried getting help by writing to helpdesk but got no response. Hence looking for some guidance here. Screen grab of the section I am referring to. @John K , I assume is also facing a similar problem?

Please email certifiedinstructor@strongfirst.com

It is likely an email issue (you have a different email for the forum vs. the one you use to register for StrongFirst events/certifications and the system uses one email address.

@mvikred, if you PM me here I will assist you. The problem is almost certainly something being cached on your own end and we have a few things for you to try.

In case anyone else faces this problem, I also reset my password. When I told this to @John K , he reset his password and the issue was resolved.
