I joined the Kettlebell 201 workshop and I can recommend it to everybody, even if you know how to do cleans, press and snatches.
The updated ROP programming including the swings and snatches make totally sense to me and are based on StrongEndurance principles.
For the swings/snatches, there are no differences between the ROP-hypertrophy template and the other 2 ROP templates. There is a "Timeless snatch programming" and this leads to a peaking plan. After the peaking plan you can go back to the first template with a heavier kettlebell.
Those plans included in the manual can keep you busy and healthy for years and will definitely make you stronger and more muscular.
