I'm about to start a strength and conditioning regimen involving the barbell for the overhead press (coupled with pull ups) for strength purposes and the kettlebell for balistics/conditioning immediately following the grinds. The grinds will be done in ladder format with the conditioning movements done in time frames - pretty much the "Rite of Passage" program found in ETK with the barbell being used instead of the kettlebell. Any thoughts?
