@Sean M , I seem not to be able to save your spreadsheet to my Drive - I want to be able to put in my own numbers. Is it possible for you to get it to me in a way I could use it for myself? Perhaps attached to a PM here?

Steve, try making a copy of the file (I often have to do this for documents shared with me using Google for work):
File menu => Make a copy => select My Drive as the destination (it should be the default).

You should be able to edit the copy. I tried it and it worked for me.
