Old Forum Weighted dip to increase bench press

Any one had tried  weighted dip as complementary /assistance to increase  bench press?

(Considering shoulders can take heavy load)

 
 
I believe dips are a very underrated exercise.  I think they will increase upper body size and strength better than any one exercise.
 
Your shoulders like dips but doesn't like bench? Have you had your technique checked up by someone?

Why do you want to bench heavy if your shoulders doesnt like benching btw? Why not cut down to the minimum of pressing and do what you can and get strong in that?
