Hi I want to add some Practice lifts to my current routine (Pttp-Deadlift and Floor press). I was planning on doing them just after my warm up but just before my swings and get ups. The set and rep scheme I like most is 2x3 with my five rep max.

The loading progress would be to stick with that weight for four to six weeks then try for a RM. If i can get more than eight reps ill increace the weight. The lifts I want to practice are the Frontsquat,Tactical pull up, Crush curl, the double press and deadstop double swing/high pull. Panning on going completely by feel as to which lifts ill try that day. But aim to practice each lift twice a week.

Are there any other set and rep schemes that I should consider?  And are there any better forms of progressing (considering I'm using fixed kettlebells)

Thanks for your advice
