In the comments below the above article Can I understand this to mean that for vertical plane push/pulls, you are looking for at least a 2 on the TSPU?
@BillSteamshovel, you'll see it's a reference to the Functional Movement Screen, abbreviated as FMS, one of the movements tested therein. The person making the comment/question is referring to the fact that the FMS' individual movements are scored from 0 to 3, a 2 representing a satisfactory but not perfect completion of, in this case, the Trunk Stability Push Up, abbreviated at TSPU.
