Nicole Davis

Nicole enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion of strength. She understands the challenges of living in a busy world, but grasps the importance of health, longevity, resilience and attaining goals.

Kettlebells have become her specialty and she loves teaching technique, skill and repetition.

Since 2010, Nicole has coached hundreds of hours as a personal trainer, CrossFit and Olympic weight lifting coach, kettlebell and women’s class instructor.

Nicole enjoys leading from the front and challenges herself by testing her strength in competition. She has achieved "Iron Maiden" as well as 1st place in the Tactical Strength Challenge Open Division in 2016. She’s also completed the requirements for “Sinister”, becoming 17th on the list in 2017.

Nicole’s most recent endeavor has been competing as a Highland Games athlete. She attributes her 2022 Masters World Lightweight title and Lightweight Nationals 1st place wins in 2022 and 2021 to strength and her enthusiasm for learning new skills.

Nicole successfully trained and programmed for the first "Beast Tamer" in Utah. He also obtained his SFG Level 1 certification the same weekend in 2017 with her help.

She has trained and programmed for other clients who have achieved their StrongFirst Level 1 certification.

Nicole also coached a female client to achieve “Sinister” in August of 2018.

Nicole currently has a small private gym in Salt Lake County and offers personal training, strength classes, and online training.

It is most rewarding for her to see how strength can improve confidence, quality of life and overall health.
