@FitMEDIC 2 miles is the sweet spot for me in terms of distance and available time to train. I walk around the neighborhood I work in and mile 1 is all uphill so with mile 2 all downhill the route has good symmetry. Not too easy, not too hard, just right. That's what I'm looking for since I stick with mostly bodyweight only movements on variety days.
