I'm happy that everyone is laser focused on mitochondrial health but I think they've got a little catching up to do with StrongFirst's research on anti glycolytic protocols.
I've done something similar in the past, the only snag is the adaptation effect after a certain point in time and how you integrate that protocol with other types of training. Over the short term, it definitely works. Over the longer term, its a little muddier.Sorry to bump an old thread, but do you remember the name of this doctor? I'd be interested to check him out.
How do you mean?I'm happy that everyone is laser focused on mitochondrial health but I think they've got a little catching up to do with StrongFirst's research on anti glycolytic protocols.
They seem to be back at the HIIT part of the discussion and (although I may have skipped the relevant part) don't seem to discuss the accumulation and clearance of mitochondrial waste by products. How do you mean?
