Great session. The 28kg was not "easy" but it was never hard and the fact that I was able to do it without any worries that I could is a good sign. I did some heavier work on Sat, pushed my run on Sun, and to come in on Monday and bang out 10 get ups at 28kg tells me I'm getting to the point that I own them. Especially since I've put a lot more lunges into my warm up routine.
After the workout I had some long neglected yard work to attend to. Cutting and hauling branches. Literally never got tired. Like never. I could have done the work all day if needed.
