Much appreciated. These little tweaks from the experienced instructors are so valuable once you get the basics down. Working on slow get ups now. Very timely. Beach Chest, reverse lunge tilt, bone stacking, and OS resets in particular.
Be patient, and take your time. It is an amazing exercise that benefits your whole body. If you have to, watch videos on Youtube, or post a video of you performing the TGU on here, and accept the advice your are given, or, reach out to a local SFG for some training. Whichever you choose, getting better at the TGU is a great feeling.
