Hi;
I'm currently doing S&S at 24kg (sometimes swings at 32kg), but at the end I add bent presses at said weight (24kgs), 5/side, once/day.
I vaguely remember someone saying that if you're doing both BP and TGUs, to do one light and the other heavier, and alternate between days.
Can one do both at the same weight, 5-TGU and 5BP, or indeed is it better to mix up the weight configurations?
