Other/Mixed Sandbags and GtG

Checkout the Ironmind sandbags. I think this is what I have. I believe it was supposed to hold 100 lbs but I shoved 130 lbs into it.

Just keep doing what you are doing. It sounds like you are making excellent progress. And slowly over time make the bag heavier.

I love sandbags. To me, with the exception of bodyweight training or lifting stones/rocks, sandbag training is truly minimalist.

Another option is a drum or keg filled with water (or preferably beer!!). To me, this feels even more "alive" than a sandbag. I don't have my own to play with. But every once in a while we will throw a party and buy a keg and carrying it into the house sometimes leaves me more exhausted than some of my workouts!
 
Since kegs are mentioned here. Anyone here who has done some workouts with them? Seems to be a good implement for some fun circuits from time to time.
