Yes!  I could not agree more.  I LOVE to walk and wish I had time to walk 5 or 10 miles per day.  I probably average just 1.5 per day and unfortunately sit on my rear end staring at my computer 9+ hours per day.

I work in San Francisco.  There are MANY hills in The City and a good, big one with an amazing view 10min walk from my office on Market Street.  THANK YOU for your post.  I need to do this :]  I think I've just got to integrated it into my weekly DNA.  I know it would make a huge difference in body comp and state of mind...

Would integrate so well with my S&S training.
