Kettlebell Swings in the morning, getups at night?

Hello,

That is exactly what I did. But it would be more fun to lift heavier things more often :)
Of course eh eh. In that case, two other options :p
=> Some reps with heavy weight, some others a slightly lighter. For instance, that is what Pavel Macek does.
=> Less reps, but with heavier weight. Then, practice will give you strength and endurance, and you will lift more reps of this heavier weight.

I love swings in the morning!
It takes me about twenty minutes to do the warm ups, swings and a little stretching afterward.
It makes me feel great all day!
Then in the early evening, I'll do some get up practice and a couple other strength moves,
then finish up with some karate kata.
Over the years I've found that if I train to hard or long, and lose the joy of training, I start looking for excuses to not train.
