Those lines were 'borrowed' from one of Clint Eastwood's spaghetti westerns. Either a Fistful of Dollars or A Few Dollars More. The wife still complains about me taking her to them and the Billy Jack sagas.

Really? I don't recall any martial arts references in the Man with No Name trilogy.

To compete with ChopFit I present what Instagram is marketing hard at me, FighterFit Steel Hose. All of the cons of a sandbag, Bulgarian bag and dumbbell, at a higher cost with no benefit. However, it is made out of a firehose so it’s tactical af.

Is the ShakeWeight for the self-conscious. Goes all the way to 25lbs.

Maybe I can be “FitFighter” fit too, do YOU have what it takes?!

How is this different from using a regular sledgehammer - about $60 - on a tire?

after using sledgehammers at a job growing up - breaking down furniture and things so that they could be disposed of at the dump - probably the quality of the grip - helping mitigate hand discomfort blisters, etc.

Interesting. We own a small sledge, 8 lbs, I think. I usually put on gardening gloves if I have to do a lot of work with it, or take frequent breaks.
