I called it secret menu as it wasn't sold openly as compared to most of the other products
Most enjoyable: Kettlebell Wod
You will go through every KB movement from the most basic (swing, TGU, carries) to the advanced (double Sn).
I have it when it was originally released. You'll like it.
Thanks for the encouraging comments. My wife ran it years ago and it was good variety to get her moving..
Be able to do the basic 6 movements safely and you're goodThanks for the encouraging comments.
I've really spent most of my (brief) kb time with swings and some GUs.
What should I be comfortable doing before I start WOD??
Thanks, Mark.Be able to do the basic 6 movements safely and you're good
Yep, get squared away on the Big 6, then Push Press, Jerk, Windmill, Bent Press, and Dbls. where appropriate. Enough variety and spreading the load for basically forever. Thanks, Mark.
I've never even looked for instructional videos on the other 4...
Any links/suggestions?
I should ask @Don Fairbanks I suppose..

Yeah Man, I contemplated it. Are you able to get any quality, one on one, in person instruction from a real live human being ?Thanks, Don
I was hoping to tap into your vast library of links to videos for some reliable training vids.
Unfortunately, not really. There are no trainers in Jerusalem. The nearest one is a good hour away, and my schedule doesn't really allow for that in general.Yeah Man, I contemplated it. Are you able to get any quality, one on one, in person instruction from a real live human being ?
Not trying to be a smart a$$ btw, but I forget you particulars on the subject.
Understood. Your current bell collection and/or access ?Unfortunately, not really. There are no trainers in Jerusalem. The nearest one is a good hour away, and my schedule doesn't really allow for that in general.
I've done ok with the swing, squat (goblet), GU (from the S&S book and forum feedback), and played some with c&p.
I'm a careful learner.
If your single arm swing is solid, you can snatch, just finish by your ear instead of out in front. Start with this.Unfortunately, not really. There are no trainers in Jerusalem. The nearest one is a good hour away, and my schedule doesn't really allow for that in general.

Singles 12,16,24,32Understood. Your current bell collection and/or access ?
I went from S&S to single C&P, got hooked and ran Giant 3.0, then strong dbl C&P and now getting close to finishing Strong phase 2.Unfortunately, not really. There are no trainers in Jerusalem. The nearest one is a good hour away, and my schedule doesn't really allow for that in general.

Looks like you'll need to rely on a periodic virtual session then...Unfortunately, not really. There are no trainers in Jerusalem. The nearest one is a good hour away, and my schedule doesn't really allow for that in general.
