Starting a new kind of cycle but overall its pretty much the same as before. Now instead of planned days I am rolling dice to determine which type of carry, crawl, and bulletproof sessions will be done. I have picked 6 different moveme for each category. Im also bring back in the Super Simple Strength template which will be static and not die variability. I have no reason to coin a name for this since its all borrowed from Tim Anderson but I like the idea of calling "Hedge Knight". Since it reminds me of the life of a Hedge Knight, not knowing what the day has planned and just putting in work in different battles or tournys. (Dunk and Egg is one of my favorite GRRM books)

Layout is
10m Squat/Push, Hinge/Pull, or TGU
10m carry or crawl (dice 1-6 to determine)
10m Bulletproof (dice 1-6 to determine)
5m core ( optional)
Every 4th day is what I am calling "Special" which is a single dice to determine a long duration bulletproof session.

Today I rolled 3/3..
10m:
Db KB Front Squat 24kgs x 5
Db KB Press 20kgs x 5

Dice said..."Conditioning Day"

10m Jump Rope
10m Battling Rope
10m Sledge Hammer Tire Strikes
10m Leopard Crawl/Skip

5m Deadbugs/Hollow Rocks

This one in particular gets me. On their own each is manageable but all strung together the fatigue increases dramatically. By the time its "Crawl/Skip" I am already spent.

Big fan of the Becoming Bulletproof template. Are these 10 minutes blocks unbroken or cumulative? Either way, great work!

These in particular are unbroken (with the exception of when I screw up the jump rope and quickly try to start again). Other things Im still doing accumulated like wall crawls and infinity crawl. Thanks, I appreciate it!

Great stuff!
I dig this style of training but have yet to really apply it fully (other goals ATM).

What sort of training were you doing before the Becoming Bulletproof stuff?
What changes/improvements have you noticed?

I have been doing OS Resets for a few years. Always wanted to try the Bulletproof stuff but like you, I had other goals. I spent years doing barbell stuff (531/Tactical Barbell). Got bit by the KB bug and then I wanted to reach Simple. Once I did that I wanted to finish ROP. I was doing ROP for a few months but my back pain put me on hold for finishing it fully. (I completed a modifed version with the 24kg but never got to test my snatch or press.) I decided then it was time to try the bulletproof stuff and give traditional training a break.

The biggest change for me is how I feel. I feel good. My body is in a much better place which in turn puts my mind in a better place. This style of training takes a mental fortitude that I didnt know I had.
