Quick question about the above programs - how are you supposed to run them?
Do you start with part 1 and repeat it until some point and then move on to part 2 (which you then recycle)?
Or do you complete part 1, followed by part 2, and then start again with part 1 etc?
I'm wrapping up week 1 of 501G today and am wondering if anyone here has attempted or completed this program. If so, what was your experience? What did the rest of your programming look like? Did you achieve the 44kg press? Thanks!
