Kettlebell Swing sandwich part 1 and 2

Hi all,

Quick question about the above programs - how are you supposed to run them?

Do you start with part 1 and repeat it until some point and then move on to part 2 (which you then recycle)?

Or do you complete part 1, followed by part 2, and then start again with part 1 etc?
 
complete part 1 (5 weeks), deload and find your RM for part 2, complete part 2 (7 weeks), switch program.
