Bodyweight 35 pullups

Yeah... to get ‘good’ by any real definition of the word, really requires an insane commitment of effort that non-climbers might have a hard time relating to. When I was doing hard climbing it was pretty much a full-time job (non-paying) My son is knocking on the door of V10, but it’s way above my pay grade these days.
 
Very interesting to watch, lots of interesting details. My observations and guesses:

He's right-handed. His grip consistently slips a little on his left side, but by the end, his right side is more fatigued and he's relying more on his left.

He's very comfortable dropping into the bottom of his pullup position.

He lowers his head, relaxes, then raises his head, inhales, and does another rep. By the end, he takes two breathes instead of one at the bottom.

He's testimony to how all of us would likely improve our pullup numbers if our grips improved.

I'm guessing he has big hands and that's a relatively narrow bar.

He is using a GS style hook grip, with his thumb over his index finger.
