Rest day - very hot bath and some stretching.

30 minutes skipping - a lame idea for a 'jolt' but it was harder than I expected. I haven't done skipping in years, since I boxed. I plan to practice it more often so I can make a better go of it on my fortnightly 'jolts'. I need to build my 'springs' anyway and I don't want to buy running shoes.
S&S stretches before bed.
