Workout A Test
I tested myself in Indian pushups, squats and dead hangs. I was able to do a meager 15 Indian pushups, 30 squats and dead hang for 30 seconds. This means from next week, I am going to do sets of 7 pushups instead of 5, sets of 15 squats instead of 10 and sets of 15 second dead hangs instead of 10.
