Can one do anti glycolactic training with sprinting?
What would the time one would sprint and rest?

Yeah you just do shorter sprints and rest.

What would the time one would sprint and rest?
The above article is one very good way to dose the sprints.

I would tend toward 40-50 meters, once every 3 minutes. 6-8-10 sprints alternating M-W-F

Interject between sprints with a fast set of 5 or 10 pushups if you like. Or a chin-up or two if you like.
